The Best Coffee Cake in the World

I've been searching high and low for a good coffee cake recipe. I used to make one when I was 10, from the JOY of cooking cookbook. I tried so many different ones and it was never the same. Finally I called my Mom and asked if she could find it for me in her old cookbook. Sadly she said she through it away.

A few weeks later I come to find out my sister actually snatched the book before my mom threw it away. So she sent me pictures of the original book, covered in baking ingredients and all!

I used to enter this coffee cake in the Altamont Fair and always took best of fair! It's delicious and the best recipe you'll ever find!
